I use the Stylish extension for Chrome, and the first site that I felt the need to write my own CSS was for Wikipedia. Especially the text color. By default it uses #000 on top of a #FFF background, which sears the eyes over a long period of reading. I changed it to #333 and it reads much better. Some might prefer #444.

But what really irks me about Wikipedia, as well as Craigslist, is that many people have spoken about the need to redesign those sites, and many designers and firms have even offered to redesign them, but those solicitations have all been rejected.

    So much stubbornness...

and yet Facebook changes all the time, and the users love it.

I think both Wiki and Craigs is of the idea it should be familiar when you visit it non-regularly.
Wikipedia offers theme if you sign in...
