RAM is still undetermined as Apple has been quiet on that, but it's thought to have 512MB just as the iPhone 4 does..

The slogan is in poor taste, but if those aren't the real stats I'm going to be really disappointed. Come on Apple, all your competitors are shipping 64TB phones!
I thought it would be more. People are saying that the ipad 2 can't have siri because it's not got enough RAM. That indicates to me that there must be more than 512 of RAM in the 4s.
That's PROBABLY the case, but no one knows for sure yet. One of the Epic games developers was quoted as describing the 4S as having 51mb of RAM. So, it's likely, but it could have been a preproduction build they were working on or they could have been targeting devices with 512mb as well as a the 4S and been confused, etc.
Not necessarily. It's a marketing point right now to get people to buy it. Later, they could end up putting Siri on the iPad. But right now, it's exclusivity to the 4S is for marketing purposes.
