Will 1.1.2 brick my jailbroken iPhone

Is you phone unlocked. If so, I would wait for confirmation from someone else.

If your 1.1.1 is simply jailbroken, you shouldn't have a problem.
Don't upgrade to 1.1.2 until you prepare your 1.1.1 phone to be 1.1.2 jailbroken.
