Will 6+ run iPad only/versions of apps?

I'm guessing not, but with the extra real estate and how the built in apps (email/messaging/etc) will work in in landscape (plus the home screen).

I would love to use Twitch, for example, the way it runs on an iPad (the 3 simultaneous windows of video, chat box, and keyboard at once.)

Or will it just vary by the app developer to decide if the 6+ will run another formatted version?
