Will a 18W charger with USB-C to lightning fast charge?

Now Apple is regrading an 18W with the new IPP will these fast charge, if buy a USB-C to lightning cable, the iPhone's that are fast charger capable?

Hopefully they will sell these separately eventually. Or would this Anker 18W with Apple cable fast charge?

Apple says here to fast charge minimum 29W charger, but maybe not updated before 18W released

You just need the Apple cable and can use any USB-C fast charger.

The iPhones don't charge at 29W, I think 18W is the max. I use a 10W or 12W iPad charger, and it's much better than the included charger.

Which model iPhone? How long have you been using the higher wattage chargers? & what's your iPhone battery percentage?

So looking at the graphs and info it's pointless using a fast charger and USB-C if your iPhone is more than 70%, as a normal charger 5 or 12W is basically the same. It's if it's below 50% when it's better to.
