The question is in the title.

Will a 2010 Monitor Work With Late 2011

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks

All MBPs, up to the latest rMBP will work with just about any monitor, with the appropriate adapters. Besides the TB output, 2011 and later MBPs still have mDP video output. I don't recall which year Apple changed to the Magsafe 2 power connection, but if your 2011 MBP uses Magsafe 2, you'll need a Magsafe to Magsafe 2 adapter if you're planning to use a 2010 Cinema Display, and its Magsafe connection.

I tend to doubt it, since apple typically makes small changes to the chassis and that the display may not fit properly. With that said, I've not taken apart a laptop in years and don't have intimate knowledge, so its more of an opinion.

I am referring to the macbook pro not the desktop. I guess I'll take them apart and see. I will post results once finished.
