Will a 44 MM band work my series 2?

If I buy a 44M band for my current S4 watch, can my brother also use it on his S2 watch?

Yes it work. I put an Indigo Sport Loop on my Series 2 watch. The same Indigo Loop works on my Series 4.

It depends on the vendor. Apple bands are no problem but companies like JUUK have bands that are not interchangeable between Series 4 and the others.

That's a fair point to make. Some of the other companies have had issues with fit on Series 4. I know my FFF bands work both on Series 2 and Series 4 so that's worth mentioning.
