Will a ATI Radeon HD 5670 work in this iMac?

Got a late 2009 27" iMac with an i7 2.8 4-core processor. The ATI Radeon HD 4850 in it is dying, so time to replace it.

I found an A1311 A1312 ATI Radeon HD 5670 512MB (from a 2010 iMac) for a good price, but I'm not clear if it will work in my machine. Does anyone know if it's fully compatible?
