Will a laptop cooling pad such as this one work to cool down a Macbook Pro? I'm not sure how much a fan blowing onto the exterior of the laptop will be able to cool the interior components.
After I get my 2011 MBP with dead GPU repaired, I may get one of these laptop cooling pads to prevent the GPU from dying again. But only if the pads actually work.
