Most sata 2.5" laptop drives should work just fine.

As indicated most 2.5" SATA drives should work. The missing bit of factoid is what is the target machine. For example, on the 15" non-unibody MBPs you were limited to the height or thickness of the drive (9.5 mm max if I recall).
