I believe that the more relevant question is, "Does my printer work with OS X?"

The Airport Extreme simply gives the printer an IP address on your network. OS X or Canon will provide the drivers that will actually work with the printer itself.

The new Airport Extreme will support any USB printer that your Mac does.

What kind of Canon is it? Canon is good with supplying OS X drivers.

It probably depends on the model, ours works great with our Canon i860 though.

EDIT: Wow, I took way to long on that. So I guess the answer is yes, it most likely will.
