Will all 5 MobileMe email aliases move to iCloud? I read on another forum that only 3 aliases can be moved, if so, will we be able to choose which aliases?

Yes. You are allowed three on icloud, but if you had 5, then five will move, but if you delete any they are lost forever and you cannot add it or a new one back.
