My brother is in India and he's thinking of buying an iPhone 4S he had found in a really good price, though it might be stolen....
What should he check?
I know he needs to find out if it's sim-free.. How does he do that?
What else?
Also, say it is stolen, will it work in a different country?
I know it's bad buying stolen (maybe) iPhones, but mine was also stolen and I can't afford a new one...
