Will an unlocked T-Mobile iP5 work on Verizon?

Quick question. Switching to TMobile, getting a TM iP5. If for some reason I don't like the service, and wanted to switch to another carrier, would the phone work? I know it would have to be unlocked, and I know it would work on AT&T, but what about verizon? I know Verizon is CDMA, but I've heard the Verizon iP5 can work with TMobile, but what about the reverse?

Not planning to leave TMob, but just want to know what my options are.

No Verizon or Sprint.
You can use it if its unlocked on any GSM carrier.

It will only work on StraightTalk, AT&T, AIO, Redpocket...etc.

Nope.
No Verizon or Sprint.

They won't activate devices from other carriers (mentioned in many prior threads).
