Too bad some of these people think different. I'm willing to bet you someone is missing their May rent trying to purchase a Apple Watch! Lol. At least two out of 3 million.

I guess so. I just think it's madness to buy what you can't afford. I can see it now. Sorry I can't pay you the rent yet, but look at this, how much do you want to fondle my shiny lump :D

Very likely, until I get my tracking info. Then I'll be refreshing that sucker every 2 hrs.

I've been a MacRumors member for exactly 12 years, and I usually only come into the forums during product announcements, pre-orders and launches and to get accessories post-order.

I haven't been here 12 years but that's when I'm usually around. Who knows maybe I'll linger around for a while.

I was not originally planning to. But I realize more so than with my iPhone, I want to purchase accessories like Bluetooth headphones (which I've never owned before) and a charging stand eventually. It will be nice to see what other people recommend after the watch is actually in their hands. Also with there being a bit of a learning curve and lots of continued development and progress to be made on this first generation product, I'll probably need to seek advice and assistance from time to time and exchange hints and tips.

I'll stop by once in a while to check out apps, etc. Plus, I have some bands on order. Also, with some people in the May-July windows, there will be people waiting for theirs who have questions I'd be able to address.

I'll be here for the inevitable photos of scratched sapphire screens. "But it's supposed to be unscratchable! I saw a video of someone using a drill bit on it! And a key! Now mine's scratched and all I did was deliberately rub the face on a brick wall!"

A key won't scratch a sapphire crystal. You'd need some diamond sandpaper to do that. You'll be more likely to see shattered crystals.

I still will be coming here and hanging out at least for a while. It will be interesting to get other people opinions, learn about aspects of the watch I'm not familiar with as well as answer questions posted by others. I realise there will be a lot of negative posts but that's the natures of new product launches and you have to take the good with the bad.
