So I updated to the newest version 1.1.1 and since I had done the AnySim unlock and even though it said it had not worked I got the message of death "Incorrect SIM" I thought since the unlock did not work and my phone had been acting normally over the past month I would be fine for 1.1.1

My question is-if I take it to the apple store now that I have used the hack to gain access again to my phone(everything but the calling itself) do you think apple will fix it or do you think they will know it has been hacked. Basically right now it just says No Signal and I cant make any calls. I know they said last night at a retail store with the "incorrect SIM" message apparent that they would not fix it. Do you think now they will or am I stuck with a expensive iPod touch that I may sell on ebay.

I think you'll have to wait until the dev team figures out a new unlock of some sort. Or a backtracking process.
