Hey guys, I just wanted to update you on what's been going on with my MacBook Pro. So the last time I took my MBP to the Apple store, they told me to do another clean install but to not put any of my data back on. About a few days after that I realized that I've had Safari running in 32bit mode for a certain plugin and I wondered if switching Safari back in 64 bit mode would fix the problem. Well, it may be too early to say that the kernel panics have official stopped, but in two days (friday) it will mark a full week since I switched safari back to 64 bit mode. I usually average about one or more kernel panics every week so I'm keeping my fingers crossed! Once again, thanks everyone for all their help.

If running Safari in 32-bit mode is indeed what is causing your issue make sure that you let Apple know about it so that they can further investigate.

Best of luck! :)

Two general rules for replacement:

1. Your mb has gone through 3 repairs.
2. The value of the repairs exceed the value of the machine.
