A couple of months ago, I dropped my iPhone in the toilet and got the $200 out of warranty replacement. A day later, the speaker on the refurbished one broke so they replaced it with one. Well, I woke up today and my silent button is broken. I did drop my phone yesterday, but I didn't notice the silent button stopped. Do you think they will replace this one too?

It's always hard to know how they will react to damage from a drop, but it's worth a shot to bring it in.

If it's under warranty and you haven't tripped any water sensors, they will replace it.

I have a 3G with the same issue, think it might work if I try getting replacement even though I'm out of warranty?
