Will Apple replace my 16GB iPhone 3GS with a messed up silence button w/ an Iphone 4?

Who? Where? Is that a contract price? I'd buy a whole load of 'em for $9 a piece.

AT&T and Apple re-sellers in participating locations. Yes, it's a contract price. Refurbished 8GB iPhone 3GS still sells no commitment for around $399.

Apple foresees this and is either still living off of previously produced but no longer sold 16Gb 3GS models or is still creating a small amount for warranty replacements.

I'm guessing there's no shortage of 3GS refurbs.

Common sense says you'll get a 3GS refurb. Why doesn't the OP just check w/ Apple? How are we supposed to know what they'll do?
