Will Apple replace my 2015 MBP battery regardless of condition?

My 2015 13" MBP battery is at 83%. Will they still replace the battery-I will pay for this-in this condition or does it need to say 'Service Battery'?

Great question - I'd like to know this also.

Also, it sounds like the 2015 model battery replacements entail an all new top case and keyboard/trackpad possibly.
I'd really like to know about that part also (although I have a 15")
