Will Apple speed up my 30 day wait to delete my photos?

Hi,

My iCloud Photo Library is all a mess, with missing photos and albums. So I spent the last few days rebuilding as a separate library. I'm now happy with my new library and want it to be my main library.
When I do this it mergers my old library with my new one. Even though I've deleted my old library. So do I have to wait 30 days before I can use my new library? Can I ring Apple and ask them to do it now manually?

Don't think so.

Yeah I phoned them but they couldn't help me... In the end I had to sort them out the long drawn out way but I got there in the end!!!
