Will Apple still help?

Hi all.

I have a jail broken iPad 2, and am planning on taking it into the Apple store this Saturday to fix a backlight bleeding issue. Will Apple employees still help or do I need to revert to an official iOS before they do?

They will deny any type of service unless you revert back to the official iOS version.
