I think I got some either dead pixels or dust under the cover glass of my iPhone 5, so I am going to take it to the Apple Store for a replacement. But I got iOS7 installed on the iPhone, will they accept it?

P.s. I have a registered developer account.

Thanks all

Of course they will, it's an iPhone.

You should not have any issues at all with having them replace/ repair your phone. The only time they really get "iffy" is if the phone is jailbroken. So based on your circumstances... You have nothing to worry about :):apple:

I would recommend you downgrade it to 6.1.3 or 6.1.4 before going in just to avoid any hiccups, as it isn't officially supported yet.

Downgrade. Even if you bring it in with dead pixels - they'll say maybe it's related to iOS 7 being in testing stages.

Unauthorized versions of software will void the warranty, downgrade like others have said.

I went in with a 6.1 beta last year guy was cool about it. He saw the beta, didnt care, but he had to downgrade it onsite to get the swap put through.

Definitely downgrade. Even though you're a developer and authorized to be running iOS7, the last thing you want is to have to deal with a snarky Genius who's having a bad day and is trying to pass off dead pixels as an iOS7 issue so that s/he doesn't have to deal with you.

Better safe than sorry.
