They're still the same, even after the iphone 8/8+/X announcement last week. I'm having no luck selling it local and I'm wondering if I should trade it in today for one of their gift cards or will it still be the same offer tomorrow?

Two Apple stores I have tried wouldn't give me a gift card to use towards a future preorder for my 7 and another 6S. I'm not sure if I need to ask for managers or what.

You can literally sell the 7+ for 550 on swappa...most phones sell within 24 hours.
$400 at gamestop is like you getting ripped off.

I did my 7 32GB matte black just now with GameStop for $400 cash. Took about 15-20. They plug it up to a machine to make it pretty quick but them having to wait for a safe to unlock was the long part. Much easier than dealing with Craigslist or Swappa and my back casing was not great.

Yes....but swappa collects $25. Paypal takes 3% (~20). Shipping, priority, insured with tracking and signature confirmation (USPS) is about $20.

Thus, if it sells for 550, you get about $490. But the average selling price for his phone about ~500, depending on carrier, etc. It is $479 average for sprint at the moment.

Thus, he might only profit $30-40, with $90 being more of a best case scenario.

For some people, the hassle free, risk free appoach is worth it.

They did all all this and gave me that ridiculous offer. I guess I'll try another one.
