In the past, brick and mortar Appole stores have carried the unlocked TMobile model. It starts at $649 for the iPhone 6, and $749 for the iPhone 6 Plus.

The overwhelming number of posters say that the T-Mobile iPhone bought through Apple (in store or online) is already, out of the box unlocked.
