My AirPods Max have intermittent problems when they loose connection for a second and only putting them down and back on will fix that. Apple offered me either a full swap for 350€ or a battery swap for 100€.
My question is- does anyone have experience with how they actually handle the battery repair? Will they really repair the battery or will they just swap the whole unit for some refurb one anyways??
