I have a 6s + that I use currently and an old 6 in the drawer that's my backup phone..
Will they take both as a trade for even more off of the phone price?
Thanks I’ve seen that chart - it doesn’t indicate if I can trade 2 phones for 1..
Honestly, I would just call Apple yourself directly to get a clear/concise answer. But here’s a thread that’s asking the same question in the same context, but yet it’s a few years old, so maybe their policy has changed:Thanks I’ve seen that chart - it doesn’t indicate if I can trade 2 phones for 1..
I can confirm this as I had a similar situation with a 6S and 6. If you have the time and patience, I'd consider selling the 6S plus as you will likely get more for it than Apple's trade in credit. I found little interest in my old 6 so I traded that one in to Apple. You could do the same.I had a 7 and a 6 when I got an Xs earlier this year. They would only apply the very generous trade-in price to one of the phones. They other got the standard (much less generous) gift card price.
So the gift cards can also be done in person at the apple store and don't need to be shipped off?I traded in an iPhone and an old iPad for a new IPad Pro at the apple store. They gave me a “gift card” for one item which they immediately credited and a trade in on the other item. Very easy and let me get rid of two old items and leave with what I wanted.
