Will apple upgrade your laptop? for a price of course

I'm looking into getting a bigger HD for my macbook pro. Does anyone know if apple will do this?

Also I'm thinking about getting my glossy screen changed to a matte, will apple do this for a fee if i send it in?

I looked into apple;s customer service online, and couldn;t find anything as far as upgrades....

I think that they do it at the stores (at least for when you buy them brand new from the Apple store), but it costs a lot.

Apple does have trade ins but its going to be a big loss for you considering the changes you want.
