Will Apple Watch 3 charger work with Watch 4? How about watch bands?

Just wondering if I should sell all my stuff now or hold on to certain accessories like the charger. The bands look like they work, right?

They said all bands are interchangeable. Not sure about chargers but I would guess yes.

I imagine the charger should equally work as well, but obviously the bands are compatible.
