I know that Applecare support includes phone support for OSX. Does anyone know if it would include phone support for migration from a PC?

If you live near an apple store, i think you can schedule some kind of sit down with someone that will help you through that. Not sure about over the phone though.
Apple store will not help you for free.
You only get 15 mins for the mac genius,then can quickly show you however if its going to take longer then 15 mins and you want help,they will charge you
Apple store do offer free windows data transfer from pc to mac only if you purchase a computer at their store.
This is not the case,they will charge you.
Applecare have no training in using windows.
However if you have a external HD already put the information on the external HD from the pc,they can show you were to import that information to your mac.
iTunes,documents,iPhoto,etc
