Will ATV4 AirPlay iOS 8.4

I've been using AirPlay on a jailbroken apple tv2 with an iPhone on ios 8.4 with no problems. Now my wife has a new iPhone on iOS 9.1 so it will only AirPlay with sound and no picture.

If I buy a new ATV4 will it AirPlay both iPhones running iOS 8.4 and iOS 9.1.

I've no intention of updating my jailbroken iPhone 6 plus from 8.4. As it runs fine.

We Airplay from an iOS7.1.2 iPhone 4 to an AppleTV4, so I strongly assume so.
