If by Beta 7 you mean GM then yes. But there wont be a Beta 7 since it was said by sources that there will be two betas after Beta 4 and then GM.

Maybe maybe not. But I think we are getting very close to a GM. And if theres still bugs in the final version...that why 7.0.1 will most likely take out most of the bugs

So it could be today. Given that the keynote is less than a month away. Who knows
