I have it turned off for both Photos and Video but I was wondering, if I turn it on, will it make Deep Fusion not work?

Use capture outside the fram with video since deep fusion does not apply to video. Also you can use capture images outside the frame during the day outside where it’s bright, smart HDR takes over anyway. Deep fusion will mostly be used with the 2X indoors with medium to low light. So you can flip flop when knowing your lighting conditions.
