Be replaced with a new one at the apple store. I gather they don't repair just replace. If you have AppleCare+. If you don't sometimes they will nice and not charge. Anyone have experience with cracked screen?

If you display is cracked they will replace it, no repairs. There have been stories in the past of people getting a "free" replacement on a cracked device. However, since they began offering AppleCare + I don't think they do that very much. Before I think they did it because there was no accidental coverage available. But now the mentality is "we offer AC+ for these situations, if you decided to pass, then too bad"
