The easiest and fastest and most efficient way to solve the iphone problem like hangs..blackouts..cant boot..slow..etc etc..is to restore the iphone..is this restoration is some kind of like err..'format' in windows?
we know that if you frequently format your windows your hardisk is gonna dead pretty fast..well in iphone cases..will frequent restoration causes the battery life's capacity to reduce or shorten its lifespan?

Frequent restoring of an iDevice will not shorten its lifespan. Neither will frequent formatting or reinstalling of Windows or Mac OS X shorten the lifespan of any of the computer's parts.

No, restoring it often won't shorten it's lifespan. You're just changing the software, not moving around any physical parts or abusing the phone with high level tasks that require a lot of power.

No. The battery lifespan will continue to decrease whether you restore it everyday or never restore it.
