i have a early 2014 MacBook Air and i Kinda Want to install GTA 5 On it. Will it run Really good,

GTA V is not available on the Mac so far as I know. Furthermore, the hardware is most likely incompatible with the requirements for GTA V.

San Andreas is another matter, you might be able to play that one.
 
I have paralells desktop on my mac (Windows on Mac), so don't question it

Didn't realise I was questioning and didn't think someone would be that, shall I say, daring, to think of running GTA V using virtualisation, let alone think of running it on a 2014 MacBook Air hardware. That said, here's a question: why ask and not simply run it and see what happens?
