Certainly not until they release a PC version, currently PS3 and XBox360 only unless I've missed something...
If/when a PC version comes out (maybe 6 months/a year/never?) then it may run but would guess be pretty sluggish or low quality with the onboard graphics.

You're asking about an unconfirmed game on PC with unknown spec requirements... but on a Mac?
It would have taken less time to google GTA V Mac and see the results instead of writing this post.

No need to be hasty. Why ASAP? Too worried that the stock of GTA V for PC might run out from stores? Lol.
Do you realize that the platform that you are referring to, does not support the game that you are referring to??

As others said, the PC version isn't even out yet, and hasn't (to my knowledge) even been announced.
However, having a look at the recommended specs for the previous game, GTA4, you'd be lucky getting 15fps with ultra-low settings on your MacBook Air. And it's likely the specs for GTA5 will be even higher.
