iPhone 11 Pro Will having iOS 13.1 beta installed hinder restoring from backup to a new iPhone?

I’ve been in the public beta program since the began for iOS 13, and most recently updated to iOS 13.1 public beta 3. When I get my new iPhone 11 Pro next week, will I be able to restore from my iCloud backup? I never made an iTunes backup before installing the first beta on my current iPhone.

I would think you can use a .1 back up on a 13 device but I’m not sure. I went ahead and installed the golden master of 13 on my XS max just in case but I never did upgrade to the 13.1 beta.

Not unless Apple make a beta of 13.1 available for the 11's and it may not be on the first day.
