Will i be able to downgrade to fw 3.1.3 once updating the bb to 06.15.00?

I ask because i am on a 3g. and from what i understand the newer fw's are slow on the 3g
 
ok. I created a custom ispw with the ipad baseband using pwnage unlock.

I cant seem to get tiny umbrella to kick the iphone into recovery.

when i manually put the phone into dfu mode, and go to restore the custom fw, tiny umbrella doesn't recognize the iphone, to kick it out of recovery and i receive a error message in itunes.

Do i need to be in dfu mode? Or could i do the restore with the custom ispw without it in dfu

Could anybody assist please?
