Will I be able to un-jailbreak

Maybe I'm being paranoid, but will I be able to restore my iPhone to a non-jailbroken state (with no problems) after I use PwnageTool?
If so, how?

Yes, by plugging it to iTunes and hitting restore.

To truly un-jailbreak, you'll want to set up your iPhone as a new phone when restoring.
