Will I ever get a decent mid-2010 MBP?

I have never had bad luck with Apple. I do feel bad for you though, I would be really really pissed off if I was you.

When I ordered my i7 15" MBP it came 3 days early and without any dents or even scratches on the computer or box. My computer has worked flawlessly ever since day 1. I have even over clocked it in windows and have never had any problems, I have never had it crash on me and there is no cosmetic damage to be seen. maybe I am lucky in the same way that you have really bad luck. lol well I do hope they sort out your problems soon.

My 2006 MBP has one stuck/clear pixel in the lower left and I never let it bother me. I realize that's a small flaw, but it's HUGE on day 1 of a roughly $2500 purchase. I have to look for it now.
