Will I get a free upgrade if I buy a Mac now?

Hi all, just out of curiosity, wanted to know if I get a free upgrade to Mavericks if I buy a Mac now!

Last time I had it come up, they were only going back 30 days for purchasers.

If it's like the current pricing model, $20 bucks is hardly going to break you.
