I have a problem with my iPhone. I will be taking it for services at an Apple Store, but today I have found out about jailbreaking and was wandering if the Apple Team would find out that I have jailbreaked my phone, and if they found out would I get introuble?

Trouble? No.

Denied warranty service? Quite possibly. The last couple of times I've been to the Genius bar they have little notices to that effect...

Yeah, there are little notices all over our local Apple Store now. Is there also a chance you can brick the phone too (please correct me if I'm wrong someone!). But most definitely it will invalidate your warranty.

The ONLY way to brick and i-Device is by flashing the ROM. That is where the software for DFU (Direct Firmware Upgrade) mode is. Short of that, nothing you can actually do can brick you iPhone.

Who said anything about bricking? OP - Jailbreaking voids your warranty.

He did.

To the OP, just restore the iPhone (if you can) before taking it in for service. Problem solved.

Trouble, hardly.. get your warranty voided, definitely. Can they find out, yes if you take your phone in jailbroken condition.

Just hit Restore and take your phone and Apple won't find out.

yes, actually if you bring a jailbroken iphone into the apple store they make you take off all of your clothes (except your underwear) go to the front of the store and spin around while saying "i will not jailbreak again, i love steve!" for at least 2 hours. :p

You'd better run.

IF YOU PERFORM AN ITUNES RESTORE..IT IS IMPOSSIBLE FOR THEM TO DETECT THAT THE PHONE WAS EVER JAILBROKEN..
THIS IS THE ANSWER...BOTTOM LINE
