Will I ruin my shared family plan on AT&T if I upgrade tonight?

I have this weird shared family plan with AT&T. Will I mess up my current plan if I upgrade? I'm also confused about the Next plan. If I choose that option, how will it affect what I have? Update with screenshot of my bill coming up in a minute.
 
No. Family share is supported.

If you choose Next the monthly payment will be added to the phone bill, but it will be offset some by the service discount you will get on your line for using Next.

I'm not sure I follow. Will I be ruining my current discounts I have? The pricing structure is a bit confusing. I attached my bill here to show what I have.
 
You are all ready getting the off-contract discount and a FAN discount, so those will stay the same, and the monthly payments for the phone will be added to the bill.

You can keep the same plan and discounts.
 
Andrew is right, I forgot that. If you take the subsidy you will loose the $25 discount on that line

So regardless if I get Next or not, either way, a 2 year contract would eliminate the $25 discount? Man over 2 years, that comes out to a lot!
