Will iCloud Photo Library auto upload from Mac? ...

I have several GBs of photos in iPhoto on my Mac Mini. And I have a bunch on my iPhone as well.

I just went and enabled iCloud Photo Library on my account and I believe on both devices.

So will both devices now start automatically pushing all of those pics up into iCloud for me? Or do I need to manually select and upload them?

p.s. I did spring for the extra iCloud storage space.

Yes, if you turn on iCloud Photo Library on both devices, all their photos will upload to one single library.

This might take a day or two depending on your network speed and, in the case of your iPhone, whether it's on charge.
