    Hi everyone,
I just got a Mac Pro 2009. Will it run Mavericks? Will installing Mavericks make it run in 64 bits? Thanks!

Thanks! Sorry I forgot to mention that I won't be running server mode. So in normal mode after installing Mavericks the mac pro will always boot in 64 bit mode, right? The 32 bit limitation is just for OSX 10.6?

I have a Mac Pro 2009 (4.1) running Mavericks. I checked and it is running in 64 bit mode.
