Will iOS6 introduce the 'dictate' feature to Ipad2?

Does anyone know whether the 'dictate' feature found on the Ipad3 will be introduced to other devices in IOS6?

I fear that it might be linked to Siri, which we know is not coming to the iPad2...

Anyone know?

No. The iPad 2 will likely never have any dictate or Siri features because it doesn't meet Apple's requirements of at least two microphones.

As an iPad 3 owner, trust me, you're not missing anything.

I'm on iOS 6 GM and Siri is even more useless here than it is on my 4S.
