iPad mini Will iPad mini 7 fit in iPad mini 6 Otterbox Defender case?

Just curious if the Mini 7 would fit in the Mini 6 Otterbox Defender case? I was looking at tech specs and the depth was the only thing different on the Mini 7. Disregard I see they are indeed the same.

It should. Both iPads are the exact same size. By the way, you aren’t comparing the iPad mini 7 in your snapshot. You have the iPad 7th gen listed. That isn’t the same as the mini 7.

Just to reconfirm, it will fit. I reached out to Apple and they told me all cases will fit and are backward compatible. I already received my Apple Smart Folio and it fits with my 6th generation mini. So it seems magnets didn’t change at all.
