Seems like Safari is still the only application for Outlook Web Access.

I couldn't find anything in the iTunes app store that would do the trick.

Nope. If your company is not allowing mobile devices to sync with their Exchange server, then using Safari to access OWA is just about your only option to get to your Exchange mailbox on your iPhone.

Outlook Email Access SOLUTION!!!

It looks like someone finally came out with this app. If activesync isn't enabled on the server, it still lets users download e-mails into a nice app. Check it out:
