So I was looking back at the iPhone 4 Pre-order page (I guess just to scowl at how long it took me to order one haha) and I noticed it said this...

"Pre-order your iPhone 4 from the Apple Online Store and we’ll ship it free — directly to your door and ready to use."

Does this mean whoever has it shipped to their door or even sent to a store will have an already activated iPhone 4? That would make sense to activate the majority of them so people who get it in-store with out a pre-order can activate it on launch day without a long wait like every other iPhone launch

but the sim cards already come activated... everyone is confusing activation with registration... no.. you just plug it in to register it with your itunes.. I mean if you check it out your new billing cycle will start the day the iphone charge is billed to you..
